The Concept

Aeon is a Futuristic Action Game, set in a post-apocalyptic world where human and machine battle for control over the planet.

- Third-Person melee combat with lock-on system
- 9 different modes, with variations of each easily doubling this number
- 3 Armour types - Light, Medium, Heavy

Story in brief

The world has been ravaged time and time again by the human race, in it's struggle of power and greed. Now the world's resources are running critically low, a seemingly endless wasteland of a planet because of devastating wars. Any remaining human settlements lay scattered throughout the world, it's residents fighting for survival everyday, draining what little the world has left to offer. Those that chose not to fight, became slaves to the largest and most feared organisation man has ever known, the PhaseTech Corporation. Guarded by it's army of robotic minions, they ask only one thing from the remaining habitants of Earth, "Join us or die."

Those that still had the will to fight for humanity, formed a rebellion in the last remaining major city, Tyrian. The city now a place of refuge for any suvivor that seeks protection, aid and support from the monster which lies outside of the city walls. Using special technology, the humans managed to create a generator in the heart of the city that would sustain an electro-magnetic forcefield, keeping PhaseTech's army at bay.

Hoping to regain strength and rebuild a community, the Aegis of Man takes in anyone they can find that is in need of help. Those who are able to fight being trained by the very best, the survivors of the 9th Legion. So perhaps one day, an army will form that will stand against the robotic minions of PhaseTech in humanity's name. 'Aeon', the last hope of mankind, the fate of earth lays in it's hands. Who will win? You decide.
